• Introducing a radical new idea is your fuel

• You are prepared to be the face of your idea

• You think like a guerilla, not a four-star general

• Being divisive is a necessity, not something to avoid

• Setting fire to existing rules is more exciting than conforming to them

• If your petrol-bomb breaks enemy lines, you follow up with a flame thrower

• You have the conviction to force people to take notice (think Zach de la Rocha in this record store, before Rage Against The Machine blew up)

• You go 'all in'
